Delightful breakfast served on time. the hotel has a particularly good and absolutely perfect location, very close to the bustling city shops, Train Station, City Centre, and main shopping area.

Clean and pleasant place, adequate breakfast with plenty of options. Friendly check in and late check out. Easy parking on site. Magnificent and decent location in calm area, just next door to the centre of Leeds and the train station.

It was such a great stay, I didn't feel like leaving. the hotel was perfect. 3. I appreciated the exceptional staff. 4. the budget room was ideal. 5. the venue is in a central location close to buzzing restaurants and bars. 6. Leeds Town Hall is relatively near the venue.

Excellent location, rooms were very nicely furnished and comfortable. Will definately be staying here again.

The only down side was that the milk provided was on the turn and no toiletries were provided, But once i informed the reception staff they was very helpful and apologetic and provided the needed goods immediately.

The hotel was excellent. Breakfast very good selection. The closeness to the shopping area made it ideal. The room we stayed in had a 7 foot bed very comfortable

As we arrived early some things werent avaialble in our room - milk and towels. I guess this was understandable as we had turned up earlier than the advertised check in time and the room may have been slightly rushed as a result.
